First, a word about our rates...

We ask for a Call Out fee of 75.00 plus the first hour at 100.00 for a 175.00 min (based on a Retail Residential Journeyman's time). Then we charge on the 1/4 hour after that... plus materials.

Seniors get a 10% discount on labor only. ( Age 62 and above - cannot be combined with other discounts)

We love Referrals!!

Refer anyone to our business and get $25.00 worth of credit towards your next service, Credit is issued upon Completion of their services as our way of saying Thank You.

Adding a cook-top, log lighter, generator or retro fitting to gas heating or cooling? We can install all your gas piping needs, properly sized. We install seismic gas valves retrofit to your existing meter.

Water service replacement:

We can replace your current water service with Pex or Copper. We will protect your landscape as best we can, trench and backfill, making the replacement as seamless as possible.

Re-pipe Commercial and Residential

We use the latest technology, Pex or Copper. Pipe insulation, seismic strapping, etc

Our technical staff can take your prints from bid to finished product getting pricing and product availability.
